Had small chip on front window sorted today. Very approachable guy, gave information about what he could do, how long it would take and any cost. We did it through my insurance company, I didn't have details to hand but he used car reg. and my name to find the information he needed. It was done by the time I got back from a short shop. It was easy to make the £10 payment and my receipt was emailed to me within minutes. I would definitely recommend.
