Very friendly and helpful service, the guy in Ripley Sainsbury’s car park checked the chip in my windscreen and was kind enough to advise it looked like it had already been treated previously and didn’t need any repairs done

Scammed. Very tiny stone chip that was stable and I had been monitoring for around 4 weeks. I went to Optic Kleer in Sainsburys car park. Returned after 20 mins to be told "when I went to your car the chip had spread into a crack. I didnt even touch it, must have been the heat" Apparently a coincidence that it had been stable, and survived weeks of sunshine... Luckily they then referred me to their windscreen repair service (same company), obviously at considerable more cost to me, and more profit to the company. I instead chose to go to a reputable company for my repair. Avoid this company at all cost.
