He was very friendly throughout and gave exact information about the timing of the windscreen repair, how it will be done and the transaction was smooth and hassle free. I’ve come away feeling that I’ve know Rob for years, yet I only met him for not even an hour. If I ever have another chip on my windscreen again, I will call him personally.
