Dave was totally professional Explained everything and completed the job within the time frame he advised. Hopefully won't need to but I would use Optic-Kleer (Dave) without hesitation.

Duncan was open and honest with me about whether or not my screen could be repaired. He was very knowledgeable about the replace route if that was what I need. Thankfully, he managed to repair the crack and gave me additional advice on my car.

The speed and service of the repair was exceptional and the price was not too scary :) There is the tiniest of blemishes left on the screen but it is far better than it was before and barely noticeable. Couldn't believe how quick the repair was carried out - did it whist we were food shopping and when we got back to the car, the work was done - so there was no inconvenience whatsoever. Quick service very helpful

Brilliant service. The guy clearly explained what the problem was - a chip yesterday which had most likely expanded into a crack in hot, direct sunlight this morning. Clearly explained what he was going to do to fix, including potential additional steps because of the length of the crack. That was necessary. Took his time which was reassuring. Another customer arrived when I was there and he talked to her, but made sure I didn't feel ignored. Repair done - all good!
