Whilst visiting Tesco Bar Hill today (28/01/2026) I spotted Carl with his van in the car park and showed him three 'chips' in my car windscreen which had occurred since last August. Carl examined the damage and provided a comprehensive briefing on the repair procedure and associated insurance admin, there would be no cost to myself. He then completed the repairs within 30 minutes whilst I visited the store. The repairs were first class and his personal customer service was highly professional.
