We saw the mobile screen repair at our local Sainsburys store. We enquired about having a repair done to a couple of very small chips on our windscreen. Don’t know the technicians name but he explained our options for repair whether we wanted to pay ourselves or through our insurance. He looked at the chips and said one was only a surface scratch but other one had a small crack. We gave our details and he checked our insurance which was just a £20 excess. Repair done while we did our shopping. Excellent service.
