Chris was very friendly and helpful and completed the repair within 20 minutes.
I noticed a sign to say windscreen repairs were being completed in supermarket car park. I swung by and operative checked the stone chip, completed checks to see if my insurance would cover the cost which it did with no excess. The repair took 15 minutes, and I cannot see where the chip was prior to repair. Perfect experience, operative was very friendly and efficient. Cannot recommend the company and praise the operative enough.
I had a large chip in my windscreen repaired by Chris at Optic-Kleer in the Morrisons car park in Harwich, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Chris was friendly, professional, and incredibly quick. The repair was done to a really high standard, and the whole process was completely hassle-free. They also took care of all the insurance paperwork, which made everything so much easier. The location at Morrisons is really convenient too—you can do your shopping while your windscreen is being repaired. Hi, my name is Chris and I am your local Optic-Kleer windscreen stone chip repair technician covering the North Essex and South Suffolk area. I have worked within the windscreen repair industry since the late 1990’s, have comprehensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of vehicle glass repair, and have repaired tens of thousands of windscreens.
